White Chocolate and Nutella Oatmeal
This portion size is more than enough for two people to have one meal. It’s rich so we end up eating less than fruity oatmeal!
1 1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. oats
1/4 c. white chocolate chips
1/4 c. nutella
1/4 c. milk
Bring water to boil in a saucepan; add salt and oats, turn heat down to low. Add white chocolate chips and cook for 3 minutes. Add nutella and milk and stir well. Cook an additional 3 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed the liquid. Voila!
I serve mine drizzled with a bit of cream and agave nectar. I think this would also taste wonderful if the white chocolate chips were substituted with milk chocolate chips and the plain milk with chocolate milk. Then it would be a like a creamy, warm, slightly chewy Ferrero Rocher! Yum, seriously.
